Can BJD dolls stand on their own without a stand?

Most standard BJD bodies cannot self-stand due to elastic string tension limitations. MDollSchool's G01, G02, and B01 bodies use a double-jointed system with segmented locking channels, allowing them to stand upright on a flat surface without any stand.

What is a double-jointed BJD body?

A double-jointed BJD body has two joint segments per limb section instead of one, allowing a greater range of motion and better pose retention. MDollSchool's bodies use segmented locking channels at each joint to prevent limb collapse.

What poses can MDollSchool BJD bodies hold?

MDollSchool G01, G02, and B01 bodies can hold freestanding upright poses, cross-legged sitting, Asian squat (deep squat with both feet flat), and dynamic weight-shifted poses like leaning and one-leg balance.

What is the difference between G01, G02, and B01?

G01 is MDollSchool's original 1/4 scale female body ($165). G02 is an updated female body with enhanced articulation and improved joint stability ($165). B01 is the male version with the same double-jointed system adapted for male proportions ($180). All are sold unpainted and available as pre-order.
