Order Processing Times

All ready-made orders are processed within 5 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items are processed according to the lead times specified on the product page, which is typically 80 to 120 working days after the pre-order closes. You will be notified when the balance is due and when your order has shipped.

We offer combined shipping for products from the same brand or products completed within the same month.

International Shipping

 

We provide international shipping to all countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (for full payment or balance payment only). Please note that there is no shipping cost for deposit payments.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Mdoll School is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 2-4 business days.
  • If the package value is less than $100, it will be marked truthfully. Packages over $100 are marked as $100.
  • Report any damage or loss within 7 days of receiving the goods. Compensation will follow official document standards (full refund of shipping costs, maximum compensation of $100, etc.).
  • For full value compensation, inform us and pay the relevant insurance fees before delivery.

EMS

 

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 3-10 business days.
  • If the package value is less than $100, it will be marked truthfully. Packages over $100 are marked as $100.
  • Report any damage or loss within 7 days of receiving the goods. Compensation will follow official document standards (full refund of shipping costs, maximum compensation of $100, etc.).
  • For full value compensation, inform us and pay the relevant insurance fees before delivery.

SF Express

 

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 5-10 business days.

  • For full value compensation, inform us and pay the relevant insurance fees before delivery.

Taxes-Included Channel

 

This method is available for Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada only. Import taxes or duties are included in the shipping fees.

  • If the package value is less than $100, it will be marked truthfully. Packages over $100 are marked as $100.
  • Report any damage or loss within 3 days of receiving the goods. Compensation will follow the shipping company's policy (e.g., $5-10/kg, full or partial refund of shipping fees, etc.).

Order Status

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 27 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mdollschool@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
